Bruce Firmware Official A/C Version: Bruce A/C Edition is a custom Bruce firmware build focused on air conditioner control and experimentation. It adds an AC-B-Gone feature that can send valid OFF commands across multiple supported A/C protocols, plus a full Air Conditioner menu with brand selection, power control, temperature adjustment, mode selection, fan speed control, and swing options when supported. Unlike simple IR remotes that only replay a few generic NEC codes, Bruce A/C Edition uses real IRremoteESP8266 air-conditioner protocol support and state management. That means it can generate proper full-state packets for supported brands such as Daikin, LG, Mitsubishi, Panasonic, Samsung, Kelvinator, and others. The firmware keeps track of the current A/C state, so changing temperature, mode, or fan speed sends a valid updated packet instead of a random standalone command. It is designed for M5Stack StickS3 and places A/C functionality directly inside the Bruce IR menu for fast access.
